His philosophy incorporates a holistic approach to performance. He believes one must be aligned physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to maximize full potential. His staff assists in the mission to offer cutting-edge, personalized health & fitness programs designed to positively impact the lives of people. Through commitment, connecting, and conditioning, Chris and his staff empower clients to transform their lives and achieve great results. What some may call a functional strength and conditioning approach that he now uses and teaches in a brand new state of the art strength and conditioning facility. It is here that he trains his athletes and clients to be strong, powerful, fast, flexible, and balanced.
