Owner & Founder — In 2001 Chris founded Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness out of his garage. By not letting the marketing drive his training, but letting the training drive the marketing. By hard work and dedication RSP&F has expanded into a 4,050 sq. ft. Elite training facility with 14,000 sq. ft. for future expansion. By owning the facility/land we can manage our costs and stay true to our Mission Statement. Strength & Conditioning — Danny graduated from Saint Vincent College in May 2012 ACE Certified personal Trainer, American Red Cross CPR/AED Certified Danny was a member and captain of his Cumberland Valley HS Varsity Football & Wrestling Teams. He has worked extensively with athletes and clients of all fitness levels and brings an intense passion to this field.MORE INFO
RSP&F Internship Program — Domenic is currently interning at Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness. Domenic is certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine and is CPR/AED certified. Domenic will be attending Slippery Rock University in the fall of 2014 where he will be studying Exercise Science. Domenic is a graduate of Derry High School where he was standout running back, Domenic will looking to continue his football career at The ROCK. Domenic has been a RSP&F athlete since the “garage days”. He has seen the transformation of the RSP&F system from the beginning. Strength & Conditioning — Jenn has been in the weight room and group fitness classes since 1995 and decided to help others in their fitness goals. In 2003 she became certified group fitness instructor through Les Mills and the BTS – Body Training systems and taught Step, Weight Lifting, and Fitness dance classes at Westmoreland Athletic Club. She joined the Greensburg YMCA in 2007 where she was a life guard and taught swimming lessons to toddlers up to 10 year olds and continued group fitness free style fitness/boot camp classes at Latrobe Athletic Club. In 2011, Jenn trained for a Fitness Competition and continues setting new goals, reaching them and finding new goals to achieve.
